Zetti launched its new brand ecosystem today.
Zetti runs the operations of thousands of pharmacies and chains in Brazil and Argentina. Among clients and employees, our research found what the brand had yet to say out loud: it understands what a retail owner goes through as the business grows. Through category design, Zetti left the ERP shelf and claimed a category of its own, the Retail Logic Operating System.
From it came the idea "You believe, we help you make it happen." It guides the whole system: the square, the smallest unit of a language that recombines like the ecosystem, names joined by the Z, and a precise, partnering voice.
