Computime Group unveiled its new identity today: the group, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 0320) since 2006, now presents itself to the market as CTGL, with a new brand and a new address, ctgl.com. On the 13th, its short name on the exchange also changes from COMPUTIME to CTGL.
Founded in 1974, the group brings together six operating companies across four continents, serves B2B and consumer markets and counts some 4,000 people, with annual revenue of HK$4.1 billion (about US$525 million). It designs, engineers and manufactures the technology behind some of the world's key challenges, including clean energy, clean water, healthier homes, smarter cities and sustainable transportation, with ESG principles embedded in its core business.
Since 2025, the group has received Electrolux's Supplier Innovation: Care Award, Amway's Evergreen Partnership Award, Yuwell Medical's Joint Innovation Award and, for the third time, the WWF Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme Gold Label.
The new brand brings the portfolio and brand architecture together under one voice: a technology and industrial group delivering intelligent solutions for a sustainable future.
Together with the group's leadership, Bernard Auyang (Chairman and CEO) and Paulina Au (CFO and Executive Director), in a process led by Michael Oldewening (Global Marketing Director), we rebranded CTGL for the next chapter of a story more than 50 years in the making.
